By accessing or using BK Talent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Our service
BK Talent is a global football talent discovery platform that lets players showcase their profiles and lets scouts and clubs discover, follow, endorse, and contact talent. We provide profile listings, highlight reels, endorsements, messaging, and booking features to bridge the gap between players and professional opportunity.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your profile and to keep it updated.
4. Player & user conduct
You agree not to post misleading, inaccurate, or infringing content; not to impersonate another person; not to harass or spam other users; and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Scouts and clubs agree to conduct outreach professionally and lawfully.
5. Endorsements & content
Endorsements, comments, and other user-generated content reflect the views of their authors, not BK Talent. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. No guarantee of placement
BK Talent facilitates discovery and connection but does not guarantee trials, contracts, signings, or any specific outcome. We are not a party to any agreement reached between players, scouts, and clubs.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BK Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
